The consultant(s) will typically work on site and apply APM/Prince 2 methodology within the framework of the client's change processes and governance. Consultant(s) will also work closely with in-house resources to deliver the brief/objective, in addition to 3rd party vendors contracted to the client as appropriate.
We don't just do hard delivery, but also have experience of shaping initial ideas to formulate a proposition and define a business case. Once defined we can produce relevant recommendations and documents for the client to deliver themselves or continue to work with the client to see the initiative all the way through to delivery.
